In addition to our direct cash assistance program, the Zakat Fund is building programing to provide other types of support to community members who face the challenges of poverty. We welcome any ideas, time, and resources you are able to contribute.

Provide Employment or Career Support

Many of our zakat recipients are looking for work opportunities to earn and support themselves and their families. If you have employment opportunities available or can assist with job training please email us at info@zakatfundofnyc.org.

Volunteer Professional Services

If you are available to provide critical services to our community, such as counseling, therapy, medical assistance, ESL tutoring, etc. please email us at info@zakatfundofnyc.org.
